THE SCAN IS ONLY THE START.
Create branded QR codes for websites, menus, documents, contacts and everyday sharing. Then go further: connect a code to an IntellyPop experience that can think through questions, talk back and carry out permitted tasks. Put it on a postcard, a package, a TV commercial or a digital campaign. Give people more than somewhere to land.
YOUR CONTENT CAN TALK BACK NOW.
A menu can explain an ingredient. Packaging can guide product setup. A printed offer can answer a buying question and help someone request an appointment. An IntelPop is the reusable conversational experience behind those encounters: your chosen knowledge, your configured actions, and a place for the conversation to continue.
The QR opens the experience. IntellyPop supplies the conversation and configured capabilities. A regular link works too.- 01 · CreateKnowledgeConnect the content and context you want people to explore.

THE QR FEATURES YOU NEED. MORE POSSIBILITIES BEHIND THEM.
QR Buddy is a QR creation and management platform in its own right. Use it for familiar QR jobs without adding AI, or connect an IntelPop when a link alone leaves people with questions.

Static when simple. Dynamic when plans change.
Encode a fixed destination, or use a managed short link whose destination you can update after printing. Give dynamic links a readable custom name and reuse them in digital outreach.
Make the code belong to the campaign.
Choose colors, module and corner shapes, a center logo, frames and your own call to action. Check the live preview as you design, then export PNG or SVG for your creative workflow.
Work by campaign, not one code at a time.
Create or update QR records through CSV upload. Keep titles, descriptions and use labels with your codes, then search and page through the saved library when you need them again.
The offer can have an end date.
Schedule activation and expiration for managed QR experiences. Choose an expiration message or an alternate destination instead of leaving an old promotion without a next step.
Not every destination needs an open door.
Add a PIN or password before a managed redirect, with a custom prompt and attempt limits. Useful for selected audiences; keep permissions on the destination itself appropriate to its content.
Let people send something back.
Build a form with the fields you need, collect submissions, and choose a thank-you message or follow-on destination. Use it for enquiries, feedback, registration or requests.
See activity beyond the total.
Review recorded scans and link visits, unique-device estimates, repeat activity, trends, available location data and device breakdowns. Explore a selected QR or the wider campaign picture.
Set the alerts that matter.
Configure scan-alert preferences for email or SMS, recipients, message templates, throttling and daily limits. Alert delivery depends on the messaging services enabled for your account.
FROM “HERE IS THE LINK” TO “WHAT DO YOU NEED?”
Think through the question.
Connect documentation, FAQs, instructions, product information, images, videos and other approved sources. The IntelPop can use that context to explain options and work through follow-up questions.
Talk back.
Let visitors ask in their own words rather than hunt for the right page. Add the configured text, voice or video experience that fits your brand and the situation.
Make the next step useful.
Collect a request, manage an RSVP, offer booking, connect someone with your team, or trigger an approved workflow. Available tasks depend on the actions and integrations you enable.
A conversation does not have to end with AI.
Offer a human next step through configured private chat, video or a shared Social AI Room. Bring a colleague, customer or specialist into the discussion when that is more useful than another automated reply.
A new channel need not mean a new beginning.
Point different placements to the same IntelPop and keep its knowledge and actions consistent. Returning people can continue with prior context where recognition, permissions and memory settings support it.
Then give the question somewhere useful to go.
ONE INTELLYPOP. EVERY CHANNEL.
Scan when the message is physical. Click when it is digital. Embed where the placement supports it. The entry point changes; the IntelPop behind it can stay the same.
The spot ends. The questions do not.
Put a QR on screen so viewers can continue on their phone: explore the offer, ask about the product and take an enabled next step.
Give the product an explanation.
Connect buyers to setup guidance, care instructions, product knowledge or a support request. Update the connected knowledge without redesigning the box.
A small space can hold a deeper story.
Use posters, exhibition stands, displays and safely scannable outdoor placements to open product details, event information, enquiries or an interactive introduction.
The postcard has room for follow-up.
Connect postcards, letters, brochures and leave-behinds to a conversation. Answer the questions the printed message could not fit.
Turn a click into a conversation.
Share a direct link in social posts and campaigns, or use supported website and interactive-ad placements. People on the same device do not need to scan their own screen.
Let the message lead somewhere responsive.
Link from a newsletter, email or permitted text message to the same IntelPop. The interactive conversation opens in the browser, not inside an ordinary email client.
CREATE IT. CONNECT IT. MAIL IT.
QR Buddy, Card Generator and Direct Mail Buddy connect the creative to the mailing. IntellyPop gives the recipient something useful to do when it arrives.
- Create the destination and its QR.Build an IntelPop around your offer or knowledge, then connect a saved QR. A conventional website or document can be the destination instead.
- Design the card or bring your artwork.Use Card Generator with the saved QR and a supported print size, or upload your prepared creative. Save the design into the Direct Mail artwork library.
- Choose recipients and review the proof.Use an Outreach list with mailing addresses. Review the eligible recipients, sample PDF and campaign price before committing to the mailing.
- Approve, pay and follow the order.Complete payment to queue production and mailing through Stannp. Reports distinguish submission from the postal updates available for the mailpiece.
- Continue digitally. The recipient scans or opens the linked experience to ask questions, submit a request or take a configured action. Keep reviewing engagement after the mail is submitted.
The postcard introduces the offer. The IntelPop handles the questions: “What is included?” “Does this suit my situation?” “Can I request an appointment?” A website link can lead to that same experience. Nobody needs to squeeze the FAQ onto the back of a stamp.
Print and postage are quoted separately from software access. Provider submission is not delivery confirmation; postal tracking and delivery estimates depend on the service used.
DON'T JUST READ THE REPORT. QUESTION IT.
The audience gets a conversation. Your team gets one with the reporting, too. Use QR Buddy's AI analysis to explore the available scan data and form responses, ask follow-up questions, and turn patterns into practical recommendations.
What happened?
Review volume, unique-device estimates, repeat activity, time trends and available location and device breakdowns. Choose the QR and reporting period that matter.
What should we notice?
Ask AI to summarize patterns, unusual changes and form-response themes. Explore recurring requests and the language people use when they explain what they need.
What should we test?
Develop follow-up ideas, clearer content and campaign experiments from the evidence. Review the recommendation against the underlying records before acting.
- “What changed in activity for this QR during the selected period?”
- “What do the available location and device patterns suggest we test?”
- “What requests keep appearing in these form submissions?”
- “What should our follow-up explain more clearly?”
Understand the entry and the response.
Scan reports describe recorded visits. Form submissions describe what people chose to provide. AI can help interpret each dataset without turning a visit into a presumed sale.
Understand the questions behind the interest.
Review available conversations and configured action outcomes to find unclear explanations, missing information and useful follow-up topics. This is a separate layer from QR scan reporting.
A question tells you what they came to understand.
Analytics depend on recorded data and enabled features. Unique-device estimates are not verified people, location may be approximate, and AI interpretation is not proof of causation or automatic cross-channel purchase attribution.
YOUR KNOWLEDGE. YOUR PERMISSIONS. YOUR NEXT STEP.
Choose what belongs in the experience.
Supply the sources, maintain the information and choose appropriate access settings. Use the same managed destination to keep distributed touchpoints connected to the current experience.
Decide what it is allowed to do.
Enable the requests, bookings and workflows that fit your operation. Keep required approvals and human handoffs in the process. A request is not a confirmed result until the connected workflow confirms it.
A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS.
Can I use QR Buddy without an IntellyPop?
Yes. Use it for supported everyday QR destinations and payloads such as websites, PDF links, menus, contact details, Wi-Fi and WhatsApp. Add an IntelPop when you want a conversational experience with configured actions behind the code.
Can I change the destination after printing?
Yes, for a managed dynamic QR whose short link remains active. Update its destination while retaining that short link. A static QR directly encodes its payload; changing that payload requires a new code.
Does the QR itself contain the AI?
No. It opens the connected experience. IntellyPop provides the knowledge-based conversation, permitted memory and configured actions. A direct digital link can open the same experience without a scan.
Can the same experience appear in print, ads and newsletters?
Yes. Use QRs on physical material or screens, links in social posts and newsletters, and embeds in supported web or ad placements. Use distinct managed links or QRs per placement when you need separate traffic reporting.
Does a scan identify the person or secure the document?
Not by itself. A scan is not verified identity, and cross-device continuity depends on recognition and permission settings. A PIN or password controls entry through that QR path; the destination and any sensitive files need their own appropriate access controls.
Are AI, printing and automated tasks included in every plan?
Availability and usage depend on the selected plan, enabled services and connected workflows. Review those details in your account. Direct Mail provides a campaign quote and payment step before a live mailing is queued.
MORE THAN A DESTINATION. A REASON TO CONTINUE.
Start with the QR you need today. Connect the knowledge people need next. Bring the same IntelPop into print and digital outreach, then use the resulting questions and recorded activity to make the next encounter more useful.
