No reporting, budget consumption, settlement or recurring charge runs here. A saved CPC / interaction rate is commercial metadata, not an agreement or billable event. Settle commercial terms separately until the reporting and billing layer is connected.

VERIFIED PUBLISHER PROPERTIES

Control both sides of distribution.

Your outgoing settings decide where your articles may run. Each receiving property decides whose content it accepts. Both permissions must allow the placement.

Exact hostname

Register apex and www hosts separately when you use both. The verification file must be served directly over HTTPS on the registered hostname; it must not redirect.

Verified receiving sites default to your own organization's content only. Use approved partner organizations, or Everyone, to accept other registered sources. Their outgoing rules must also permit your site.

The existing paid-card gate remains for paid campaigns. Publisher promotions use their own explicit no-charge delivery class. An unregistered site does not receive publisher promotions.
